Mandatory Affidavit/ Undertaking at the Time of Application

Every Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Officers applying for contractual employment under ECHS shall furnish an affidavit/ undertaking at the time of submission of application, in the following terms:

“I, ____________, hereby declare and undertake that I am/am not presently in receipt of any resettlement facility or benefit under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW)/DGR. I further undertake that in the event of my selection and appointment as a contractual employee under ECHS, I shall not simultaneously be in receipt of any such benefit, and if at the time of joining I am in receipt of any such benefit, I shall resign from/surrender the same prior to taking up the ECHS contractual appointment. I am aware that any misrepresentation of facts shall render my appointment eliable to immediate termination without prejudice to any other action.”
