If you are filling an offline form for any job then it is important to have information related to the documents. When applying for government jobs in offline mode, applying the correct documents is as important as filling the form. Here is the complete checklist related to a document. Checking which is an important step before filling the offline form.

Educational Certificates

Self-attested copies of all educational qualification certificates from Matriculation (10th) onwards required for the any vacancy form. Like;- 12th certificate, graduation degree/diploma etc.

Identity Proof

A copy of Aadhaar card, voter ID, PAN card or driving license as mentioned in the notification.

Caste Certificate

If applying under reserved category, attach a valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority.

Domicile Certificate

Some state governments require proof of residence or domicile for state quota posts.

Photographs

Recent passport size photographs - usually 2 to 4 copies. One must be pasted on the form and the rest enclosed.

Fee Payment Receipt

Attach the application fee payment receipt (bank challan, postal order or online payment slip) if applicable.

Experience Certificate

For posts for which experience is essential, attach self-attested experience certificates from previous employers.
